For a long time, I thought The Revival would spontaneously happen all over the world at the same time. After all, it was the Holy Spirit that was going to “do it,” right?
My “special calling” was to pray for The Revival, to be an intercessor for the saints who are involved. I can do this. And I prayed.
Prayer is speaking to God and sooner or later God will speak back to you. That's when He started to be more and more detailed over the years concerning The Revival. The “where” is especially puzzling to me. If you were to have a global revival, where would YOU start it? In the U.S.? They are so spoiled! In Africa? They are in fact experiencing revival. In Europe? They do need to be revived! In Asia, China, Russia... where?
The Lord brought me to the place where it will start. He put me there and He said, “Stay in Pensacola until you be endued with power!” When He said “Stay,” He meant it, as I have not been able to move out since I was moved here by the Lord over twenty years ago. I long to be with my grown children and grand-children who live elsewhere. But the Lord has kept me here. I could tell you many stories of how the Lord has managed to keep me here in spite of me. However, I must admit He has blessed me here.
Please understand, I WANT to do my Lord's will. I love Him. The Lord spoke to me when I was thirteen years old concerning this Revival. And He has been more and more intensely speaking to me concerning The Revival, especially over the past forty years, and much more intensely the past year or so. He has spoken to others, likewise.
However, I am human and I have to question my Lord Jesus concerning the things He is asking me to do - not because of lack of faith, but for the sake of understanding. I want to be sure. I must confirm the biblical and spiritual integrity of the “words” I receive from Him. I am totally given to Jesus for His purpose.
I am here in Pensacola, Florida, in the good old U.S. Of A. And, yes, The Revival IS here! The Lord told me that we must first go through the church, but that shortly thereafter The Revival will go in the streets. That is the only way it will reach YOU. It will not be how many saints come IN the church, but how many GO OUT of the church... and into the streets and homes of the world, after the saints have their gifts released by the special anointing of the Lord!
I have asked the Lord numerous times, “Why Pensacola?” and I have come up with no real good reason except that it is the Lord's will. God has seen fit, so far, not to tell me. So, I abide, not fully understanding, but being sure that this is the place. The Lord has confirmed this to me on so many occasions, over the years, that I “know” I am where my Lord Jesus wants me to be, where The Revival will manifest itself.
I am not the only one here for that purpose. I meet saints every week who have moved here, to Pensacola, from all over the U.S. by the clear direction of the Lord. Those saints who moved here know the Lord brought them here. They know it's for The Revival. And they wait until they be endued with power from on high.
I have let the Lord know, many years ago, that I would go anywhere He would send me - Africa, Asia, China, anywhere on Earth - for His work. However, this is where He sent me, Pensacola. The Revival is here.
But let me tell you something; this is a Revival that is meant for ALL of the U.S. and for ALL nations. It will come to you! It will spread very quickly. God uses mankind to do His work of ministering on earth, and people (you) will be used to spread The Revival. Wherever you are, just be ready. The revival is here and it is coming to YOU! Praise God and Bless His Holy Name! He knows how to do it.
The word of the Lord to you is, “Get your house in order. Cleanse the Temple of the Lord (you) in preparation for The Revival.”

UPDATE, July 9, 2017: Since writing this post, the Lord has shown me (and I have written it in my most recent posts) that He is preparing saints of God in all parts of the world just as He is here, in Pensacola. Pensacola is not in a unique position, as many saints of God are being prepared for this Revival throughout the world. That means YOU who have prepared will be used to bring Revival to your city or town, and country. Praise God!
For me, it is Pensacola, but for you, it is where your're at - where the Lord has placed you. God bless you.
